This month’s November bujo setup is very special and dear to my heart, let me explain why…
As you can see in the picture above, I have chosen a baking theme for November, specifically a Great British Bake Off aesthetic. For those that do not know what that it is, it is a reality baking competition based in England that takes place in a big Bake Off tent. The reason I chose this as a bujo theme is because a very dear friend of mine, Tamasin, got me into bullet journaling, and she, also, is very much into baking. (I know, it’s true, she is the most perfect person in the world) In the show, they do weekly themes..like bread week, cake week, etc.. and Tamasin each week baked something that had been featured on the show. So, this month’s bullet journal is dedicated to her!

At first, I really didn’t like my calendar page for this month. I think I might have mentioned it in a previous post but I was hasty with the pen and made some mistakes. But, actually, it has grown on me. I find it colourful and fun and realistically represents cookies, because cookies don’t turn out a perfect circle either. At this point, I would just like to give my rolling pin some appreciation, not the drawing, the real one. It’s a fabulous rolling pin! Lol.

As always, I included a ‘word of the day’ spread. I have been trying to widen out in my font usage, and I just absolutely love how it looks at the end of the month. I do change up my monthly spreads quite a bit, but I think this spread is a keeper! I also did a slice of cake doodle in the corner and lots of pennants across the top. It’s hard to see in the picture but the box outlines are with the purple and teal colours that I’ve used in this theme. The brush pens are dual tip so I wanted to use the fine tip end for some elements.

This was a new spread idea for me. Rather than a habit tracker and a monthly task list and a bunch of other things, I decided to try to condense them all together onto one spread and call it an overview. It’s ok…don’t think it’s a keeper, lol. I do feel like I prefer to track more habits than just the three here. I also feel like for the daily things, I might try to keep those trackers on a weekly spread. I’m kinda experimenting with this one. Anyways, also included is a doodle of a big sundae dessert. I wish I was eating one of those right now! Finally I included a quote, I love this one..”If it’s out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind too.”

Finally, I thought I would share with you one of my favourite weekly spreads from this month. I am looking forward to using this one. For the rest of the weekly spreads, and for planning tips, please follow my Instagram @bujoplanner.kim
Thanks so much for checking out my November Bujo Setup, and as always…happy planning!
